A: Generally, we pack you goods use brown or white blank neutral boxes. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
Q2. What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We’ll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q3: Can i get any discount?
A: Yes, there are 3 ways:
1: Order over 1000 units;
2: Place order with our trailer and other goods;
3: 100% TT advanced payment.
Q4: Is inspection need after final production?
A: No, CHALLENWAY has a professional internal QC team to control the quality within and after final production. The buyer’s inspection is also allowed.
Q5: How long I can get the goods after confirm order?
A: We need 7-30days for production; If you could arrange 100%TT, we will booking ship advanced, you dont need to wasting time for waiting delivery.
Q6. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.

A: When the claims appear, what we need are the pictures of products, use condition brief, the order information. CHALLENWAY will analysize the problem, even field investigation, and work out an final option with customers.
